Cancellation Policy

At LOTUS GLO, customers may request order cancellation before the order has been shipped.

Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled without any additional charges if the request is made before dispatch.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible return requests.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
